Shipping: When Will I Get My Order?
Due to demand for our no-bake cup line, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order.
It's Hot, Will My Chocolate Melt?
Chomp! has a no melt guarantee! We have a refined process for shipping that includes multiple layers and ice. If for some reason your bars do melt we will replacement them for free.
How Big Are The Custom Bars?
Our jumbo sized bars are over six times larger (by weight) than the leading chocolate bar. (10oz)
How Will I Or The Recipient Remember/Know What's Inside The Bar?
On the back of each custom wrapper is an ingredient list with your mix-in choices. This makes it easy to know what delicious inclusions you're about to chomp on.
Where Is The Factory? Do You Have A Physical Location?
Our chocolate factory is in Salem, Oregon. Currently, our build a bar
experience is only online. We have plans to open physical locations in
the future.
Do You Source Ethical Chocolate?
Yes, in fact that's one of the main reasons our parent company (Chomp!) built a chocolate factory. All of our cocoa is sourced either fair trade or direct-trade. You can learn more about our sourcing HERE
